Phenomenal program and phenomenal results!

I've had serious acl and meniscus issues as a result of injuries sustained on the basketball court. I opted to avoid surgery and instead rehab my knee but still felt limited and somewhat vulnerable on the court by the exercises given to me by my physical therapist. Enter TDAE. It's not hyperbole when I say the TDAE Basketball Strength & Conditioning Program was transformative for me. I now have tremendous confidence in jumping off my formerly injured knee for layups, my lateral movement is strong and stable, and I'm able to touch the rim on a 10 foot hop now (full disclosure: late 30s white dude...so that is a miracle on its own!). Buy this program for yourself or for someone who loves to hoop and wants to stay healthy on the court and have an edge. Incredible value, incredible program.

I bought a program because I really wanted to understand more about Tim's philosophy in coaching and implement his ideas in my coaching practice. Honestly, I didn't think I will follow the program myself.

However, after purchasing and reviewing the first phase, everything looked so well described and prepared that I decided to try. The trial lasted 3 months.

What I liked about the program very much is that I didn't need to think about WHAT, HOW and WHY. I knew exactly WHAT I needed to do on every exact day (reps, sets, tempo etc). I knew exactly HOW to do everything because it was described very well in written and video formats. And lastly, I knew WHY I do exercises and where it will help me.

But probably the best what this program gave me - excitement of working out. Despite that I am a strength coach, working out sometimes is "I have to" but not "I want to". 3 months went very fast and I do not remember if I had a single time that I felt "I have to" do a training, I felt "I want to".

At the end, I fell that I benefited from the program more than expected. Therefore, if you are basketball player who wants to improve vertical (I improved); if you are a strength coach who wants to learn more about basketball specific exercises (I learned) – I highly recommend TDAE program!

A must have program

Since purchasing the TDAE Basketball Strong Level 1, I have implemented Tim’s theories and methods of this program with our Men’s Basketball team since the summer and it has allowed our guys to progress extremely well in later phases of our training and into the preseason. It allowed me to expand my own knowledge and to create an even deeper training menu for our team.

Our Physical Therapist and I were in constant collaboration and used the conditioning methods from this program as a readiness tool for our “return to play protocol guys”. We used it for not only strength, but basketball specific fitness which in the end resulted in full clearance from our team doctor.

For anyone working with basketball players at any level, I highly recommend this program. The results speak for itself and in turn you will know full well your players will be ready to compete.
